Dugda Agro-Industry PLC was established in 2001 and began its operation
with the manufacturing of Safety Match which is the first Safety match
manufacturing plant in East Africa in 2004. The plant is equipped with state
-of-the-art technology and a professionally trained task force with a capacity
to produce more than 200,000,000 matchboxes at a full operation.
Matches has grown into a Massive entity with four Divisions: Manufacturing,
Transport, Pharmaceutical and Export Divisions.
